My Story

Having experienced 5 premature births, 4 of which were very traumatic and one consequently leading to the death of our 6-week old baby, I was led on a soul searching journey to heal my own grief and pain within my mind, body and spirit.

I’m extremely passionate to share my journey, working with people that have had or may fear having similar experiences. I finally have an understanding of what the word holistic means: healing the whole person.

What is EFT Tapping?

Clinical trials have shown that EFT Tapping is able to rapidly reduce the emotional impact of memories and incidents that trigger emotional distress. Once the distress is reduced or removed, the body can often rebalance and naturally heal itself. 

EFT uses elements of Cognitive Therapy and Exposure Therapy, and combines them with Acupressure, in the form of fingertip tapping on 12 acupuncture points.

What is Reiki?

Reiki helps assist our many systems to self-heal and therefore supports them work to their full potential. It is a therapy often described as hands-on-body healing, in which a practitioner places hands lightly on or over a clients body to relax them and assist the natural process of healing.
